Products: TechTroniX accepts product exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product only if the product is new, in its original factory packaging, and has not been used, and the invoice must be provided.
PC Builds: Returns of PC builds are not allowed for any reason other than manufacturing defects, and defective parts will be replaced by the authorized distributor.
TechTroniX provides the customer with a 1-week testing period for the PC build after receiving it and offers remote technical support if any issues appear.
After 1 week from the customer receiving the build, or upon opening the device’s case, TechTroniX bears no responsibility for any problem that may occur.
If a problem appears within the first 72 hours and it cannot be resolved remotely, TechTroniX will cover the shipping costs to and from the customer. After that period, the customer is responsible for any shipping fees.
If the customer decides to cancel a PC build order while it is in the “Assembly,” “Testing,” or “Packaging” stage, 500 SAR will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If the customer decides to cancel a PC build order while it is in the “Shipped” status, 600 SAR will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If the customer requests to cancel a single part while it is in the “Shipped” status, 100 SAR will be deducted.
