"TTX" is keen on providing the best service to its customers and clarifying all rights and obligations. Please review the following policies:
Return/Exchange Period: The customer has the right to exchange or return products within 5 days from the date of receiving the order.
Acceptance Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, new, unused, and in its sealed factory packaging, with the original purchase invoice attached.
Product Mismatch: If the product you receive is different from the original order or does not match what is displayed on the TTX.SA website, the customer has the right to return the product for a full refund or exchange it for a correct product, provided the customer contacts us within 48 hours of receiving the product. "TTX" will bear the full shipping costs.
Due to the nature of PC builds, which are custom-assembled for the customer, the following conditions apply:
Return Cases: Returning PC builds is prohibited for any reason. In the event of manufacturing defects, only the defective parts will be replaced by the authorized agent.
Lifetime Service Warranty: When you purchase a PC build from TTX.SA, you receive lifetime remote technical support and troubleshooting services.
Lifetime Free Upgrades: Any hardware upgrade for the device is installed free of charge, provided the part to be upgraded is purchased from TTX.SA, with the exception of motherboards, coolers, power supplies, and cases.
The customer bears the shipping costs of the PC build.
Shipping Costs for Defects (First 72 Hours): If a problem occurs and cannot be resolved remotely within the first 72 hours of receipt, TTX will bear all shipping costs (to and from the customer).
Shipping Costs for Defects (After 72 Hours): After the first 72 hours have passed, the customer bears any shipping costs incurred for maintenance or inspection.
"TTX" reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice, guaranteeing a full refund of the amount paid to the customer.
Customer Order Cancellation: If the customer wishes to cancel an order, the fees detailed in the table below will be applied based on the order type and status:

Cancellation or Return Fees: If any order paid via installment services is returned or canceled after being shipped (for any reason), the previously mentioned policies will apply, along with an additional administrative fee deduction of 7% of the total amount refunded to the customer.
Warranty Period for Parts, Hardware, and Builds: Two years (24 months).
Warranty Period for Accessories: One year (12 months) for fans, controllers, and similar items.
Warranty Conditions and Scope: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, drops, breakages, exposure to liquids, or similar forms of mishandling.
Warranty Voidance: The warranty is considered completely void in the event of unsupported overclocking of the processor (CPU) or graphics card (GPU).
Data Preservation: The warranty covers hardware malfunctions only. "Tech Tronics" is not responsible for saving or recovering customer data stored on storage devices.
Packaging and Shipping for Maintenance: The original factory packaging (internal styrofoam) for PC builds and monitors is required for warranty acceptance. "Tech Tronics" bears no responsibility for shipping damages if the product is shipped by the customer without its original packaging.
Maintenance Duration: The maximum period to complete the maintenance process is 14 days, calculated from the date the authorized agent receives the product, not from the date it is received at the "Tech Tronics" store.
Financial Refund Policy (Depreciation Deduction): If the customer is entitled to a financial refund for a part under warranty, the depreciation deduction policy is applied according to the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce based on the duration of use (from the order date) as follows:
